Abstract
Various examples pertaining to signaling of punctured sub-channels in wireless communications are described. A puncturing pattern is signaled with an extremely-high-throughput (EHT) physical-layer protocol data unit (PPDU). A first station (STA) and a second STA then communicate with each other based on the signaled puncturing pattern.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- signaling a puncturing pattern with an extremely-high-throughput (EHT) physical-layer protocol data unit (PPDU);
- and
- communicating between a first station (STA) and a second STA based on the signaled puncturing pattern.
An apparatus, comprising:
- a transceiver configured to communicate wirelessly;
- and
- a processor coupled to the transceiver and configured to perform operations comprising:
- signaling, via the transceiver, a puncturing pattern with an extremely-high-throughput (EHT) physical-layer protocol data unit (PPDU);
- and
- communicating, via the transceiver, between a first station (STA) and a second STA based on the signaled puncturing pattern.
