Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates beyond 4th generation (4G) communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). Disclosed is a method of identifying non-Line of Sight, NLOS, links between entities in a telecommunication network, comprising the steps of: determining if the link is NLOS and signaling from a first entity to a second entity a result of the determination by means of a parameter indicative of NLOS.
Claims18
A method of identifying non-Line of Sight (NLOS), links between entities in a telecommunication network, the method comprising:
- determining if a link is NLOS and signaling from a first entity to a second entity a result of the determination by means of a parameter indicative of NLOS.
An apparatus comprising a first entity configured to identify non-Line of Sight (NLOS) links between entities in a telecommunication network, the apparatus comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- memory coupled to the processor, the memory comprising instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the apparatus to:
- determine if a link is NLOS and signal to a second entity a result of the determination by means of a parameter indicative of NLOS.
