A method of operating a system, the method comprising:
- responsive to a request of an amount of funds when a first account associated with a first funding source and a second account associated with a second funding source are each associated with at least the amount of funds:
- selecting, by a processor and based on a funding source priority, one of the first account and the second account,
- responsive to the first account being selected, communicating data that results in causing the amount of funds to be drawn from the first account without causing the amount of funds to be drawn from the second account, and
- responsive to the second account being selected, communicating data that results in causing the amount of funds to be drawn from the second account without causing the amount of funds to be drawn from the first account.
