Abstract
An antenna system, such as a multifeed antenna system, can include at least one antenna feed element. The antenna system can include an antenna loop element. The at least one antenna feed element can be capacitively coupled to the antenna loop element. The at least one antenna feed element can include one or more capacitively coupled regions. The one or more capacitively coupled regions can form at least a portion of the capacitive coupling of the at least one antenna feed element to the antenna loop element.
Claims20
An antenna system comprising:
- at least one antenna feed element;
- and
- an antenna loop element, the at least one antenna feed element being capacitively coupled to the antenna loop element;
- wherein the at least one antenna feed element comprises one or more capacitively coupled regions, the one or more capacitively coupled regions forming at least a portion of capacitive coupling of the at least one antenna feed element to the antenna loop element.
A mobile device configured for RF communications, the mobile device comprising:
- a screen configured to display information to a user;
- one or more user input components configured to receive input from the user;
- one or more memory devices configured to store computer-interpretable data;
- a processor configured to perform computing instructions;
- and
- an antenna system comprising:
- at least one antenna feed element;
- and
- an antenna loop element, the at least one antenna feed element being capacitively coupled to the antenna loop element;
- wherein the at least one antenna feed element comprises one or more capacitively coupled regions, the one or more capacitively coupled regions forming at least a portion of capacitive coupling of the at least one antenna feed element to the antenna loop element.
