Infectious disease heat map and prediction model generation

A computing device comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory including instructions that, when executed with the processor, cause the computing device to, at least:
• receive, in relation to an infectious disease, an indication of an infected individual;
• determine a first movement data for the infected individual;
• update density information included within one or more heat maps based on the first movement data for the infected individual;
• determine a second movement data for at least one second individual;
• and
• calculate a likelihood of infection for the at least one second individual based on the second movement data and the updated one or more heat maps.

A non-transitory computer-readable media collectively storing computer-executable instructions that upon execution cause one or more computing devices to collectively perform acts comprising:

• receiving, in relation to an infectious disease, an indication of an infected individual;
• determining a first movement data for the infected individual;
• updating density information included within one or more heat maps based on the first movement data for the infected individual;
• determining a second movement data for at least one second individual;
• and
• calculating a likelihood of infection for the at least one second individual based on the second movement data and the updated one or more heat maps.
