System for presenting daily life schedule based on circadian rhythm of each individual

A system for presenting a daily life schedule based on circadian rhythm comprising:

• an information processing device having a subjective midnight calculation unit, the subjective midnight calculation unit calculating a subjective midnight;
• wherein the information processing device determines, on the basis of an answer to a question based on a sleep time zone, or measured data, whether time-of-day data included in the answer or the measured data includes time-of-day data to be excluded;
• the information processing device calculates a subjective midnight on the basis of the sleep time zone based on the time-of-day data included in the answer or measured data, if the time-of-day data to be excluded is not included;
• and
• the information processing device calculates a subjective midnight on the basis of the sleep time zone based on the time-of-day data included in the answer or measured data in which the time-of-day to be excluded has been excluded from the time-of-day data included in the answer or measured data, if the time-of-day data to be excluded is included.
