The present disclosure discloses a water flosser with an image system comprises a body, a water outlet spout, and an image system. The water outlet spout and a camera lens of the image system are disposed on the body, and an area covered by ejected water ejected from the water outlet spout at least partially coincides with an image area of the image system.

- a water outlet spout, and
- an image system, wherein:
- the water outlet spout and a camera lens of the image system are disposed on the body, and
