A certification computer system electronically receives contractor data from a contractor device. The certification computer system electronically stores the contractor data as certification data. The certification computer system automatically partially certifies a third-party contractor as a partially-certified contractor. The certification computer system electronically receives an electronic service request communicated from an e-commerce computer system. The electronic service request is based, at least in part, on a purchase of a product with a contractor service made in electronic communication with a purchaser computer system. The certification computer system automatically creates an electronic service work order. The certification computer system electronically communicates a certification request to the partially-certified contractor. The certification computer system automatically certifies the partially-certified contractor as a certified contractor. The certification computer system automatically selects the certified contractor.
