Block data access method, block data storage method, and apparatuses thereof

A block data access method, comprising:

• obtaining, by a node of a blockchain network, a block index table of one or more blocks of the blockchain that are stored in a local storage space associated with the node, wherein the node is further associated with an external storage space, the local storage space is used to store one or more blocks of the blockchain that have an access value greater than a value threshold, the external storage space is used to store one or more blocks not stored in the local storage space or to store all blocks of the blockchain, and an access value of each block of the blockchain is positively correlated with at least one of:
• a service value of a transaction included in the block, a block height of the block, or an access value of an associated block of the block;
• determining target storage space for a target block based, at least in part, on determining whether information of a target block is recorded in the block index table;
• and
• accessing, from the target storage space, target data included in the target block.

A method for storing block data via a blockchain, the method comprising:

• obtaining a block generated by a node of a blockchain network;
• storing the block to at least one of a local storage space or an external storage space, wherein the local storage space is used to store one or more blocks of the blockchain that have an access value greater than a value threshold, the external storage space is used to store one or more blocks not stored in the local storage space or to store a set of all blocks of the blockchain, and an access value of each block of the blockchain is positively correlated with at least one of:
• a service value of a transaction included in the block, a block height of the block, or an access value of an associated block of the block;
• and
• generating a block index table corresponding to the set of all the blocks according to storage locations of all the blocks.

A method for storing block data via a blockchain, the method comprising:

• obtaining a block generated by a node of a blockchain network;
• storing the block to at least one of a local storage space or an external storage space, wherein the local storage space is used to store one or more blocks of the blockchain that have an access value greater than a value threshold, the external storage space is used to store one or more blocks not stored in the local storage space or to store a set of all blocks of the blockchain, and an access value of each block of the blockchain is positively correlated with at least one of:
• a service value of a transaction included in the block, a block height of the block, or an access value of an associated block of the block;
• and
• generating, according to the one or more blocks stored in the local storage space, a block index table associated with the local storage space.
