Blockchain management of provisioning failures

A computer computer program product comprising:

• one or more computer readable storage media and program instructions collectively stored on the one or more computer readable storage media, the stored program instructions comprising:
• program instructions to capture one or more application programming interface (API) calls associated with a service provision;
• program instructions to submit the captured one or more API calls to a blockchain ledger;
• program instructions to detect a system failure during the service provision;
• program instructions to extract the submitted one or more API calls from the blockchain ledger;
• and
• based on the extracted one or more API calls, program instructions to identify a problematic system associated with the system failure.

A computer system comprising:

• one or more computer processors;
• one or more computer readable storage media;
• program instructions collectively stored on the one or more computer readable storage media for execution by at least one of the one or more computer processors, the stored program instructions comprising:
• program instructions to capture one or more application programming interface (API) calls associated with a service provision;
• program instructions to submit the captured one or more API calls to a blockchain ledger;
• program instructions to detect a system failure during the service provision;
• program instructions to extract the submitted one or more API calls from the blockchain ledger;
• and
• based on the extracted one or more API calls, program instructions to identify a problematic system associated with the system failure.
