Abstract
The present disclosure is related to performing speculation in, for example, a memory device or a computing system that includes a memory device. Speculation can be used to identify data that is accessed together or to predict data that will be accessed with greater frequency. The identified data can be organized to improve efficiency in providing access to the data.

An apparatus comprising:
- control circuitry configured to:
- receive a plurality of access commands;
- access an array of a memory device in response to one or more access commands of the plurality of access commands;
- circuitry coupled to the control circuitry and configured to:
- identify a pattern or characteristic of the plurality of access commands;
- transfer data between the array and a plurality of sense amplifiers of the memory device;
- and
- transfer the data between the plurality of sense amplifiers and a buffer internal to the memory device in an order that is based at least in part on the identified pattern or characteristic of the plurality of access commands.
