Abstract
Provided is a porous layer structure including a base material (A) and a urethane foam layer provided on the base material (A), wherein the urethane foam layer is a foam layer formed by foaming a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, the urethane foam layer has a density of 0.10 to 0.60 g/cm3, and the urethane prepolymer substantially contains no volatile component and satisfies a predetermined composition.
Claims7
A porous layer structure comprising:
- a base material and
- a urethane foam layer provided on the base material,
- wherein the urethane foam layer is a foam layer formed by foaming a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group, the urethane foam layer has a density of from 0.10 to 0.60 g/cm3, and the urethane prepolymer substantially contains no volatile component and satisfies at least any one of compositions (A) to (C):
- (A) a composition comprising a polyol component (a) having a gel point of 20 ml or more and less than 30 ml in an amount of 50% by mass or more based on all polyol components;
- (B) a composition comprising a polyol component (b) having a gel point of 30 mL or more and less than 50 mL in an amount of 30% by mass or more based on all polyol components;
- and
- (C) a composition comprising a polyol component (c) having a gel point of 50 mL or more in an amount of 10% by mass or more based on all polyol components.
