Abstract
In certain aspects, provided herein are inhibitory anti-ENPP1 antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof. In some aspects, provided herein are methods of treating myocardial infarction using the antibodies provided herein. In certain aspects, provided herein are nucleic acid molecules encoding the antibodies provided herein, host cells comprising such nucleic acids, and methods of making the antibodies provided herein using such host cells. In some aspects, also provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies provided herein.
Claims44
An antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising:
- a) a heavy chain variable region sequence with at least about 95% sequence identity to a heavy chain variable region sequence listed in Table 2, Table 4, or Table 6;
- and/or
- b) a light chain sequence with at least about 95% identity to a light chain variable region sequence listed in Table 2, Table 4, or Table 6.
An antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising a heavy chain CDRH3 sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 6, SEQ ID NO:
- 16, or SEQ ID NO:
- 26.
An antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising:
- a) a heavy chain comprising a CDRH1 of SEQ ID NO:
- 4, a CDRH2 of SEQ ID NO:

- and
- b) a light chain comprising a CDRL1 of SEQ ID NO:

A method of producing an antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising the steps of:
- (i) culturing the host cell of claim 43 to allow expression of the antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof;
- and (ii) recovering the expressed antibody, or antigen-binding fragment thereof.
