The present invention relates to anti-PD-L/PD-1 Axis antibody conjugates for targeted immunotherapy, as well as compositions comprising the same. Further, the present invention relates to the use of the compounds in the treatment of tumors/cancers.

A compound having the structure of Formula (I):
- TM-L-AM (I),
- wherein TM is an anti-PD-L1 or anti-PD-1 antibody or a functional fragment thereof that is a PD-L/PD-1 Axis antagonist, L is a linker, and AM is an activating moiety capable of binding to human TLR7 and/or TLR8.
