Claims49
A fusion protein comprising the amino acid sequence of Formula (I):
- wherein:
- D1 is an interleukin-22 domain and D2 is an albumin binding domain;
- or D1 is an albumin binding domain and D2 is an interleukin-22 domain;
- DC and DN are each independently an interleukin-22 domain, a GLP-2 domain, or an IGF-1 domain;
- L1, LC, and LN are each independently a bond or a peptide linker;
- and
- m and n are each independently an integer of 0 or 1;
- wherein DC and DN are at the C-terminus and N-terminus of the fusion protein, respectively.
