An organic electroluminescent compound represented by the following formula 2″:

• HAr each independently represents a substituted or unsubstituted triazinyl, a substituted or unsubstituted quinazolinyl, a substituted or unsubstituted benzoquinazolinyl, a substituted or unsubstituted quinoxalinyl, a substituted or unsubstituted benzoquinoxalinyl, a substituted or unsubstituted benzofuropyrimidinyl, or a substituted or unsubstituted benzothienopyrimidinyl;
• L11 each independently represents a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C30)arylene, or a substituted or unsubstituted (3- to 30-membered)heteroarylene;
• Ar11 each independently represents any one of the following formulas 3 to 5:
• wherein
• Y2 represents O or S;
• R21 to R24 and R26 to R29 each independently represent hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C30)aryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted (3- to 30-membered)heteroaryl;
• R20 and R25 each independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C30)aryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted (3- to 30-membered)heteroaryl;
• e represents 1 or 2, where if e is 2, each of (L11-HAr) may be the same as or different from each other;
• and
• * represents a site linked to L11.

A plurality of host materials comprising at least one first host compound and at least one second host compound, wherein the first host compound is represented by the following formula 1, and the second host compound is represented by the following formula 2:

• X1 and Y1 each independently represent —N═, —NR5—, —O—, or —S—, with the proviso that any one of X1 and Y1 represents —N═, and the other one of X1 and Y1 represents —NR5—, —O—, or —S—;
• R1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C30)aryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted (3- to 30-membered)heteroaryl;
• L1 represents a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C30)arylene, or a substituted or unsubstituted (3- to 30-membered)heteroarylene;
• Ar1 and Ar2 each independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C30)aryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted (3- to 30-membered)heteroaryl;
