Provided herein are compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, and methods of using such compounds to treat diseases or disorders associated with HDAC1 and/or HDAC2 activity.

A compound of Formula I:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein:
- R1 is selected from the group consisting of aryl or heteroaryl, wherein aryl or heteroaryl are optionally substituted with —OH or —OSO2NHCH3;
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of —H, C1-C6 alkyl, alkyl-cycloalkyl, alkyl-heterocycloalkyl, alkyl-aryl, alkyl-heteroaryl, aryl, heteroaryl, and halo;
- and
- R3 and R4 are independently, at each occurrence, selected from the group consisting of —H, halo, alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, cycloalkyl, and heterocycloalkyl.

- wherein:

- X and Y are, independently at each occurrence, selected from the group consisting of CH and N, provided at least one of X and Y are N;
- R1 is —N(R4)2 or —OR4;
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of halo, aryl, and heteroaryl, wherein aryl or heteroaryl are optionally substituted by one or more R5;
- R3 is independently, at each occurrence, selected from the group consisting of halo, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, —N(R6)—C1-C3 alkyl-N(R6)2, —O—C1-C3 alkyl-N(R6)2, and —N(R6)—C1-C3 alkyl-OR6, wherein cycloalkyl and heterocycloalkyl are optionally substituted by one or more R5;
