Provided is a pandemic-surveillance system configured for obtaining a user profile of a user; obtaining a history of geolocations visited by the user; determining based on the history of geolocations, geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user; determining a personal-pathogen-risk score of the user based on the user profile and the geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user; and storing the personal-pathogen-risk score in memory

A tangible, non-transitory, machine-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, effectuate operations comprising:
- obtaining, with a computer system, a user profile of a user;
- obtaining, with the computer system, a history of geolocations visited by the user;
- determining, with the computer system, based on the history of geolocations, geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user;
- determining, with the computer system, a personal-pathogen-risk score of the user based on the user profile and the geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user;
- and
- storing, with the computer system, the personal-pathogen-risk score in memory.
A method, comprising:
- obtaining, with a computer system, a user profile of a user;
- obtaining, with the computer system, a history of geolocations visited by the user;
- determining, with the computer system, based on the history of geolocations, geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user;
- determining, with the computer system, a personal-pathogen-risk score of the user based on the user profile and the geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user;
- and
- storing, with the computer system, the personal-pathogen-risk score in memory.
