Abstract
The invention provides anti-ETEC adhesin protein antibodies and methods of using the same.

An isolated VHH antibody that binds an enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) adhesin protein, wherein the antibody comprises a VHH binding domain comprising the following complementarity determining regions (CDRs):
- (a) a CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of NIFQDAE (SEQ ID NO:
- 1);
- (b) a CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of FVATIAYGGNTN (SEQ ID NO:
- 2);
- and
- (c) a CDR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of VYTGVYYDRTTGGYVAFE (SEQ ID NO:
- 3).
