(canceled)
A detection method for the microfluidic device comprising:
- generating light to enter into a auxiliary substrate from a first side of the auxiliary substrate;
- receiving the light exiting the auxiliary substrate from a second side of the auxiliary substrate opposite to the first side;
- determining a light intensity decrease value of the received light in a direction of the second side;
- and
- determining a position of the light intensity decrease value in the direction of the second side as a position of a droplet in the direction of the second side.

A detection method for the microfluidic device comprising:
- electrically connecting one of a plurality of driving electrodes to a reading circuit, and connecting corresponding one of a plurality of auxiliary electrodes to the reading circuit;
- obtaining, by the reading circuit, a frequency of a mechanical wave generated by a piezoelectric material;
- determining a difference between the obtained frequency and a preset frequency;
- and
- determining, based on the difference, a position corresponding to the one of the plurality of the driving electrodes as a position of a droplet.
