Abstract
According to one embodiment, a medical data processing apparatus includes a processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to: obtain first medical data; generate, based on the first medical data, a derived model from a trained model; obtain second medical data for a same subject as a subject of the first medical data and with an acquisition parameter different from an acquisition parameter of the first medical data; and apply the second medical data to the derived model to generate third medical data.
Claims15
A medical data processing apparatus comprising
- processing circuitry configured to:
- obtain first medical data;
- generate, based on the first medical data, a derived model from a trained model;
- obtain second medical data for a same subject as a subject of the first medical data and with an acquisition parameter different from an acquisition parameter of the first medical data;
- and
- apply the second medical data to the derived model to generate third medical data.
A medical data processing method comprising:
- obtaining first medical data;
- generating, based on the first medical data, a derived model from a trained model;
- obtaining second medical data for a same subject as a subject of the first medical data and with an acquisition parameter different from an acquisition parameter of the first medical data;
- and
- applying the second medical data to the derived model to generate third medical data.
A medical data processing apparatus comprising:
- a memory storing a trained model;
- and
- processing circuitry configured to
- obtain medical data acquired in a present examination, and
- determine whether or not a derived model generated for the present examination from the trained model is available, wherein
- if it is determined that the derived model is not available, the processing circuitry generates the derived model from the trained model based on medical data acquired through a previous scan in the present examination or medical data acquired in a past examination, and
- if it is determined that the derived model is available, or if it is determined that the derived model is not available and then the derived model is generated, the processing circuitry applies the medical data acquired in the present examination to the derived model to generate another medical data for the present examination.
