Abstract
Provided are a murine or human-mouse chimeric antibody targeting OX40 and a preparation method therefor, wherein the antibody binds to the OX40 antigen and has an anti-tumor activity and other activities.
Claims22
A heavy chain variable region of an antibody having a complementarity determining region CDR selected from the group consisting of:
- a VH-CDR1 as shown in SEQ ID NO. 10n+3,
- a VH-CDR2 as shown in SEQ ID NO. 10n+4, and
- a VH-CDR3 as shown in SEQ ID NO. 10n+5;
- wherein each n is independently 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9;
- wherein any one of the above amino acid sequences further includes a derivative sequence that is optionally added, deleted, modified, and/or substituted for at least one amino acid and can retain the binding affinity of OX40.
