Buoyant power system method and apparatus

A system, comprising:

• at least one water Hydrolysis device;
• at least one reverse osmosis device that provides pure water to the at least one Hydrolysis device, wherein the reverse osmosis device is located in a body of water at a first elevation below the surface thereof such that weight of water due to gravity forces water from the body of water through the reverse osmosis device;
• wherein the Hydrolysis device is located in the body of water below the surface thereof;
• and
• wherein an output of the at least one water Hydrolysis device provides at least one flow of Hydrogen gas to a second elevation that is higher than the first elevation without additional pumping.

A method, comprising:

• providing at least one water Hydrolysis device;
• providing at least one reverse osmosis device that provides pure water to the at least one Hydrolysis device in a body of water at a first elevation below the surface thereof such that weight of water due to gravity forces water from the body of water through the reverse osmosis device;
• wherein the Hydrolysis device is provided in the body of water below the surface thereof;
• and
• wherein an output of the at least one water Hydrolysis device provides at least one flow of Hydrogen gas to a second elevation that is higher than the first elevation without additional pumping.
