Method for separating diastereomers of pristane

A method for separating diastereomers of pristane, comprising:

• preparing a pristane sample;
• injecting the pristane sample into a chromatographic instrument, wherein the chromatographic instrument is equipped with a chiral chromatographic column, and a stationary phase of the chiral chromatographic column has a preset pore size;
• and subjecting the diastereomers of pristane in the pristane sample to separation using the chiral chromatographic column;
• and
• subjecting components produced by separation of the diastereomers of pristane sequentially to detection and analysis using a mass spectrometer.
