Uplink information transmission method and communications apparatus

A communications apparatus, comprising a processor, and a memory storing a program comprising instructions to be executed on the processor, wherein the instructions cause the processor to:

• determine a first time-frequency resource and a second time-frequency resource on an uplink channel, wherein the first time-frequency resource is used to send first uplink information, the second time-frequency resource is used to send second uplink information, the first uplink information comprises first uplink data information corresponding to a first priority or first uplink control information corresponding to the first priority, the second uplink information comprises second uplink data information corresponding to a second priority or second uplink control information corresponding to the second priority, and the first uplink information and the second uplink information are separately encoded;
• and
• send information on the first time-frequency resource and the second time-frequency resource.

A communications apparatus comprising a processor, and a memory storing a program comprising instructions to be executed on the processor, wherein the instructions cause the processor to:

• determine a first time-frequency resource and a second time-frequency resource on an uplink channel, wherein the first time-frequency resource is used to carry first uplink information, the second time-frequency resource is used to carry second uplink information, the first uplink information comprises first uplink data information corresponding to a first priority or first uplink control information corresponding to the first priority, the second uplink information comprises second uplink data information corresponding to a second priority or second uplink control information corresponding to the second priority, and the first uplink information and the second uplink information are separately encoded;
• and
• receive information from a terminal device on the first time-frequency resource and the second time-frequency resource.
