Slice assignment method

A slice assignment method executed by a device assigning a slice that is a virtual network generated on a network infrastructure to a service using the virtual network, the slice assignment method comprising:

• a correspondence information acquiring step of acquiring correspondence information that is information in which the service, the slice of an assignment destination of the service, and a tracking area are associated with each other;
• a presence-in-area status identifying step of identifying a presence-in-area status of a terminal;
• and
• an assignment step of assigning the slice corresponding to the service used by the terminal and the tracking area represented by the presence-in-area status identified in the presence-in-area status identifying step on the basis of the correspondence information acquired in the correspondence information acquiring step.
