Abstract
Techniques are described to determine timing advance amount. For example, a first device receives, from a second device, a message comprising one or more fields that include information indicative of a communication delay between the first device and the second device. The first device processes the message to use the information for a transmission between the second device and the first device.

A wireless communication method, comprising:
- receiving, by a first device, from a second device, a message comprising one or more fields that include information indicative of a communication delay between the first device and the second device;
- and
- processing the message to use the information for a transmission between the second device and the first device.
A wireless communication method, comprising:
- transmitting, by a second device, to a first device, a message comprising one or more fields that include information indicative of a communication delay between the second device and the first device.
A first device for wireless communication comprising a processor, configured to implement a method comprising:
- receive from a second device, a message comprising one or more fields that include information indicative of a communication delay between the first device and the second device;
- and
- process the message to use the information for a transmission between the second device and the first device.
