Abstract
Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for collecting call data, feeding call data to applications, and providing advanced call features.
Claims1
A method comprising:
- setting up a call between a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) customer endpoint and an additional endpoint;
- collecting and warehousing call metadata from the a MVNO customer endpoint and the additional endpoint;
- separating, using a switch controller within a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) platform, call audio into one or more isolated audio portions;
- determining that consent is given, from one or more of the MVNO customer endpoint and the additional endpoint, for storing the one or more isolated audio portions;
- and
- sending the one or more isolated audio portions to a customer relationship management (CRM) system when consent is given.
