A display apparatus including a first thin film transistor including a first active layer, and a second thin film transistor disposed on the first thin film transistor and including a second active layer, in which a material of the first active layer is different from a material of the second active layer, and a channel area of the second active layer overlaps a channel area of the first active layer.

A display apparatus comprising:
- a first thin film transistor comprising a first active layer;
- and
- a second thin film transistor disposed on the first thin film transistor and comprising a second active layer,
- wherein a material of the first active layer is different from a material of the second active layer, and
- wherein a channel area of the second active layer overlaps a channel area of the first active layer.
