Abstract
A nonvolatile memory device includes a memory cell array and a control unit. The memory cell array includes a plurality of memory regions coupled to a plurality of word lines. The plurality of memory regions include first and second memory regions coupled to upper and lower word lines, respectively. The control logic performs, after receiving first data and second data, a first program operation on the first memory region to store the first data and a second program operation on the second memory region to store the second data.
Claims20
A nonvolatile memory device comprising:
- a memory cell array including a plurality of memory regions coupled to a plurality of word lines, the plurality of memory regions including first and second memory regions coupled to upper and lower word lines, respectively;
- and
- a control logic configured to perform, after receiving first data and second data, a first program operation on the first memory region to store the first data and a second program operation on the second memory region to store the second data.
A memory system comprising:
- a nonvolatile memory device including a plurality of memory regions coupled to a plurality of word lines, the plurality of memory regions including first and second memory regions coupled to first and second word lines, respectively;
- and
- a controller configured to provide first data and second data to the nonvolatile memory device at a time to store the first data in the first memory region and the second data in the second memory region.
An operating method of a nonvolatile memory device, the operating method comprising:
- receiving first data and second data at a time;
- performing a first program operation on a first memory region to store the first data, the first memory region coupled to an upper word line;
- and
- performing a second program operation on a second memory region to store the second data, the second memory region coupled to a lower word line.
