Portable Accessory Device for User Protection

A portable accessory, comprising:

• a housing unit comprising a waterproof speaker, a global position system tracking chip and an emergency response beacon;
• a set of straps made of a tear-proof material, wherein a first end of a first strap is coupled to a first side of the housing unit, a first end of a second strap is coupled to a second side of the housing unit, a second end of the first strap comprises a combination lock and a second end of the second strap is configured to lock into the combination lock;
• and
• a continuous wire within the set of straps that is configured to form a complete circuit that runs through the housing unit and two straps when the set of straps are coupled together,
• wherein at least one of the emergency response beacon, the global position tracking chip or the waterproof speaker is configured to be activated based on receiving a signal from a mobile application, and
• wherein the portable accessory includes a unique identification number that corresponds to the mobile application.
