Enhancement of application service engagement based on user behavior

A method comprising:

• determining an initial configuration of an application component, the application component being configured to enable interactions with a user, and the initial configuration being determined based on configuration parameters stored in a computing platform;
• including a first instance of the application component in a webpage, the first instance being generated based, at least in part, on the initial configuration;
• receiving, at an interface of the computing platform, a function call from the webpage, the function call being generated based, at least in part, on a user interaction with the webpage;
• and
• implementing a new instance of the application component responsive to the function call, the new instance comprising at least one change implemented based, at least in part, on the function call.

A computer program product comprising non-transitory computer-readable program code capable of being executed by one or more processors when retrieved from a non-transitory computer-readable medium, the program code comprising instructions configurable to cause the one or more processors to perform a method comprising:

• determining an initial configuration of an application component, the application component being configured to enable interactions with a user, and the initial configuration being determined based on configuration parameters stored in a computing platform;
• including a first instance of the application component in a webpage, the first instance being generated based, at least in part, on the initial configuration;
• receiving, at an interface of the computing platform, a function call from the webpage, the function call being generated based, at least in part, on a user interaction with the webpage;
• and
• implementing a new instance of the application component responsive to the function call, the new instance comprising at least one change implemented based, at least in part, on the function call.
