Artificial intelligence (ai) based automated conversation assistance system and method thereof

A system for providing Artificial Intelligence (AI) based automated conversation assistance, the system comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein the memory stores processor-executable instructions, which, on execution, causes the processor to:
• analyze, using a content analyzing model, content within at least one conversation stream captured during a real-time conversation between a plurality of users, wherein the at least one conversation stream is associated with at least one user from the plurality of users;
• identify, using the content analyzing model, an assistance requirement of at least one first user of the at least one user and at least one primary context associated with the at least one conversation stream, based on the analysis of the content within the at least one conversation stream;
• identify, using an AI model, at least one intelligent assistive model based on the identified assistance requirement, wherein the at least one intelligent assistive model is configured to provide assistance for the identified assistance requirement, and wherein the at least one intelligent assistive model is identified based on a confidence score determined for the at least one intelligent assistive model relative to the identified assistance requirement;
• generate, using the at least one intelligent assistive model, at least one assistive conversation stream, based on one or more of:
• the identified assistance requirement, the identified at least one primary context, at least one secondary context, and a user profile of each of the at least one user associated with the at least one conversation stream;
• and
• contemporaneous to the at least one conversation stream being captured, render in real-time using the at least one intelligent assistive model, the at least one assistive conversation stream to the at least one first user.

A computer program product being embodied in a non-transitory computer readable storage medium of a computing device and comprising computer instructions for:

• analyzing, using a content analyzing model, content within at least one conversation stream captured during a real-time conversation between a plurality of users, wherein the at least one conversation stream is associated with at least one user from the plurality of users;
• identifying, using the content analyzing model, an assistance requirement of at least one first user of the at least one user and at least one primary context associated with the at least one conversation stream, based on the analysis of the content within the at least one conversation stream;
• identifying, using an AI model, at least one intelligent assistive model based on the identified assistance requirement, wherein the at least one intelligent assistive model is configured to provide assistance for the identified assistance requirement, and wherein the at least one intelligent assistive model is identified based on a confidence score determined for the at least one intelligent assistive model relative to the identified assistance requirement;
• generating, using the at least one intelligent assistive model, at least one assistive conversation stream, based on one or more of:
• the identified assistance requirement, the identified at least one primary context, at least one secondary context, and a user profile of each of the at least one user associated with the at least one conversation stream;
• and
• contemporaneous to the at least one conversation stream being captured, rendering in real-time using the at least one intelligent assistive model, the at least one assistive conversation stream to the at least one first user.
