Integrated circuit including misaligned isolation portions

A device comprising:

• first conductive structures extending in a first direction, wherein the first conductive structures have first ends;
• second conductive structures extending in the first direction, wherein the first and second conductive structures are alternately arranged in a second direction different from the first direction;
• and
• first isolation portions at the first ends of the first conductive structures and extending along the second direction, wherein each of the first isolation portions has a width in the first direction, and the first end of one of the first conductive structures and the first end of another of the first conductive structures are misaligned by a distance less than the width of the first isolation portions.

A device comprising:

• first conductive structures extending in a first direction, wherein each of the first conductive structures has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end;
• second conductive structures extending in the first direction, wherein the first and second conductive structures are alternately arranged in a second direction different from the first direction, and each of the second conductive structures has a third end and a fourth end opposite to the third end;
• first isolation portions respectively abutting the first ends of the first conductive structures and extending along the second direction;
• and
• second isolation portions respectively abutting the third ends of the second conductive structures and extending along the second direction, wherein a first one of the first isolation portions is aligned with the second isolation portions and a second one of the first isolation portions is misaligned with the second isolation portions.
