A method for treating a cancer or a fibrosis or delaying the onset of a cancer or a fibrosis in a subject, wherein the method comprises administering to the subject in need thereof an effective amount of a pharmaceutical combination comprising an IL-20 antagonist and a immune checkpoint inhibitor.
