Mining bit and method of manufacturing the bit

A mining bit comprising:

• a shank rotatingly connected to a driving device;
• and
• cutting tips attached to the shank, each cutting tip having a plurality of layers and a plurality of abrasive particles arranged on the layers,
• wherein the layers have a shape of an arch with flat surfaces in such a manner as to be laminated onto each other in a horizontal direction with respect to a cutting surface of each cutting tip, and a distance (D2) between the abrasive particles on the adjacent layers is less than a distance (D1) between the abrasive particles on each layer,
• an interlayer distance (S), the normal line between the layers, is equal to or less than sizes (F) of the abrasive particles and is less than the radical root of ⅔ of the distance (D1), that is (⅔)1/2, the abrasive particles existing on the normal line of the adjacent layers do not contact with one another because the interlayer distance (S) is greater than average sizes (F) of the abrasive particles, and the abrasive particles are in a range of a given concentration even after they are exposed by abrasion, and the given concentration presents the distribution of the exposed abrasive particles.
