The present disclosure relates to amoebae (slime molds) and uses thereof. In particular, the present disclosure relates to anti-biofilm components of amoebae to target biofilms.
Claims20
A method of treating or preventing a biofilm accumulation, comprising:
- contacting said biofilm with a composition comprising one or more amoebae components.
A method of treating a subject infected with a biofilm, comprising:
- contacting a subject infected with a biofilm with a pharmaceutical composition comprising one or more amoebae components.
A pharmaceutical composition, comprising:
- a) one or more amoebae components;
- and
- b) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
