Abstract
Methods of treating of interstitial lung disease, reducing pulmonary function decline in a subject with interstitial lung disease (ILD), and increasing forced vital capacity (FVC) in a subject suffering from ILD are provided, wherein the methods include administration of treprostinil.

A method of treating a pulmonary hypertension due to a condition which is selected from a chronic lung disease, hypoxia and a combination thereof, comprising administering to a subject having the pulmonary hypertension due to the condition selected from a chronic lung disease, hypoxia and a combination thereof an effective amount of treprostinil, a prodrug thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
