Devices, systems, and methods for modulating tissue temperature

A device for modulating the temperature of a tissue in a subject, the device comprising:

• a heat exchanger comprising a proximal end and a distal end, the distal end comprising a plurality of fins;
• at least one thermoelectric modulator coupled to the proximal end of the heat exchanger;
• and
• a motor functionally coupled to the at least one thermoelectric modulator, wherein the at least one thermoelectric modulator and the motor are detachably connected to the heat exchanger.
