- reagents suitable for determining an endometrial gene expression profile of a panel of genes, wherein the panel of genes consists of:
- ANXA4, CATSPERB, PTGFR, PTGS1, IL8, SCGB2A2, ANGPTL1, HPRT1, MMP10, PGR, ITGA8, IFNG, PROK1, FOXO1, CXCL1, STC1, MMP9, MUC1, RPL13A, CALCA, ITGA9, RACGAP1, GPX3, PPP2R2C, ARG2, SCGB3A1, ALDH1A3, APOD, C2CD4B, TFF3, AQP3, GJA4, ARHGDIA, SELL, APOL2, MT1H, MT1X, MT1L, MAOA and MT1F in a biological sample obtained from a subject.
