A fishing device for engagement with a fishing line, comprising:
- a motor;
- a power source that provides power to the motor;
- a housing that defines an interior cavity, wherein the housing prevents water from interacting with the power source and at least a portion of the motor;
- and
- an actuator assembly that is driven by the motor, wherein the actuator assembly is configured to provide movement to the fishing line.
