• wherein, each Q independently represents a halogen atom, each R11 and R12 independently represents an alkyl group substituted with an ionic hydrophilic group, and A1 is a group represented by the following formula (A1-1), a group represented by the following formula (A1-2), a C1-C3 alkoxy-substituted alkylamino group, a C2-C6 alkyl-monosubstituted amino group having two or more hydroxy groups, a group represented by the following formula (A1-3), a group represented by the following formula (A1-4), or a cyclic amine group,
• wherein, RA11 represents a branched alkylene group, and the symbol “*” represents a position of attachment to a triazine ring,
• wherein, n represents an integer of 1 to 6, and the symbol “*” represents a position of attachment to the triazine ring,
• wherein, m represents an integer of 1 to 6, n represents an integer of 1 to 5, and the symbol “*” represents a position of attachment to the triazine ring,
• wherein, n represents an integer of 2 to 6, and the symbol “*” represents a position of attachment to the triazine ring,
• wherein, each Q21 to Q24 independently represents a halogen atom, and each R21 to R24 independently represents an alkyl group substituted with an ionic hydrophilic group, and A2 represents a divalent group.
