• the treating is (i) ameliorating or relieving symptoms of the parvovirus infection, the erythrovirus infection, or the parvovirus B19 infection, (ii) inhibiting the development or progression of the parvovirus infection, the erythrovirus infection, or the parvovirus B19 infection, (iii) reducing the severity of the parvovirus infection, the erythrovirus infection, or the parvovirus B19 infection, (iv) causing a regression of the parvovirus infection, the erythrovirus infection, or the parvovirus B19 infection, or (v) a combination thereof
• the compositions may be the same or different if there is more than one administration,
• the polypeptide comprises a VP2 polypeptide with at least one amino acid modification relative to a wild type VP2,
• the wild type VP2 has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
• 1,
• the at least one amino acid modification (1) comprises (a) Y401F and (b) Q399N or Q404T or (2) is Y401F, and
• the polypeptide is not construct J.
