Modification of Machine Learning Model Ensembles Based on User Feedback

A computer program product comprising a computer readable storage medium having a computer readable program stored therein, wherein the computer readable program, when executed on a computing device, causes the computing device to be specifically configured to implement an ensemble of unsupervised machine learning (ML) models and to:

• process, by the ensemble of unsupervised ML models, a portion of input data to generate an ensemble output;
• output the ensemble output to an authorized user computing device to obtain user feedback from the authorized user via the user computing device, wherein the user feedback indicates a correctness of the ensemble output;
• modify at least one feature of the ensemble of unsupervised ML models based on the obtained user feedback to thereby generate a modified ensemble of unsupervised ML models;
• and
• process subsequent portions of input data using the modified ensemble of unsupervised ML models.

An apparatus comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory coupled to the at least one processor, wherein the at least one memory comprises instructions which, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to be specifically configured to implement an ensemble of unsupervised machine learning (ML) models and to:
• process, by the ensemble of unsupervised ML models, a portion of input data to generate an ensemble output;
• output the ensemble output to an authorized user computing device to obtain user feedback from the authorized user via the user computing device, wherein the user feedback indicates a correctness of the ensemble output;
• modify at least one feature of the ensemble of unsupervised ML models based on the obtained user feedback to thereby generate a modified ensemble of unsupervised ML models;
• and
• process subsequent portions of input data using the modified ensemble of unsupervised ML models.
