Abstract
An electric bicycle is disclosed that includes a removable battery pack for storing electrical energy, and a frame element to which the battery pack is intended to be fixed. The battery pack includes a housing and a lock arranged in the housing and the frame element includes a projecting locking element, the locking element penetrating into the housing of the battery pack through an entry opening so as to cooperate with the lock for fixing the battery pack to the frame element.

An electric bicycle, comprising:
- a removable battery pack for storing electrical energy, and
- a frame element comprising a seat tube to which the battery pack is configured to be removably fixed,
- wherein the battery pack comprises a housing and a lock arranged in the housing,
- wherein the seat tube comprises a projecting locking element, the locking element being adapted to penetrate into the housing of the battery pack through an entry opening of the battery pack so as to cooperate with the lock for locking the battery pack to the frame element.
