Abstract
This disclosure relates to a stacked reinforcement assembly for a grille of a motor vehicle. An example vehicle includes a fascia, an active grille shutter assembly including a housing, and a reinforcement assembly connected to the fascia and the housing. The reinforcement assembly includes a first bar at least partially nested within a second bar. An assembly and method are also disclosed.

A motor vehicle, comprising:
- a fascia;
- an active grille shutter assembly including a housing;
- and
- a reinforcement assembly connected to the fascia and the housing, the reinforcement assembly including a first bar at least partially nested within a second bar.

- an active grille shutter assembly including a housing;

- a reinforcement assembly connected to the housing, the reinforcement assembly including a first bar at least partially nested within a second bar.
A method, comprising:
- arranging a reinforcement assembly including a first set of bars and a second set of bars relative to a housing of an active grille shutter assembly by partially nesting the first set of bars within the second set of bars.
