An exercise roller device, comprising:
- a cylindrical-shaped center roller portion;
- shaped end roller portions extending outwardly from opposite ends of the cylindrical-shaped center roller portion;
- and
- a centered cylindrical-shaped portion located in the cylindrical-shaped center roller portion of the exercise roller device,
- wherein the exercise roller device is structured and arranged with a rigid or substantially rigid inner roller connected to a soft or resiliently deformable outer roller comprising one or more outer soft or resiliently deformable outer roller portions, and
- wherein the outer roller and inner roller are fixed relative to each other.

- overmolding a soft or resilient outer roller covering the rigid inner roller,
- wherein the outer roller and inner roller are fixed relative to each other.
