Abstract
A method for preparing chlorophyll-containing extract according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include a chlorophyll extraction step of performing complex supercritical extraction on a plant or microorganism containing chlorophyll. The method effectively removes impurities from raw materials, and the prepared chlorophyll-containing extract has a high content of chlorophyll.
