Vegetable product food holders

A manufactured food holder consisting essentially of lettuce, the food holder comprising:

• a first part having a shape of a hamburger bun bottom including a flat upper surface and a flat lower surface opposite the flat upper surface, the first part comprising a first plurality of layers of the vegetable product, at least a portion of a first layer of the first plurality of layers of the vegetable product extending through openings in a second layer of the first plurality of layers of the vegetable product, wherein the first layer of the first plurality of layers comprises openings, wherein the second layer of the first plurality of layers comprises openings, wherein a quantity of the openings of the first layer of the first plurality of layers is the same as a quantity of the openings of the second layer of the first plurality of layers, wherein the portion of the first layer of the first plurality of layers sews the first layer of the first plurality of layers to the second layer of the first plurality of layers;
• and
• a second part having a shape of a hamburger bun top including a rounded upper surface and a flat lower surface opposite the rounded upper surface, wherein the second part comprises a second plurality of layers of the vegetable product where at least a portion of a first layer of the second plurality of layers of the vegetable product extend through openings in a second layer of the second plurality of layers of the vegetable product, wherein the first layer of the second plurality of layers comprises openings, wherein the second layer of the second plurality of layers comprises openings, wherein a quantity of the openings of the first layer of the second plurality of layers is the same as a quantity of the openings of the second layer of the second plurality of layers, wherein the portion of the first layer of the second plurality of layers sews the first layer of the second plurality of layers to the second layer of the second plurality of layers.
