Flexible display apparatus having alignment mark and method of assembling the same

A method of manufacturing a flexible display apparatus, the method comprising:

• providing a flexible substrate of a flexible display panel having a display area and a peripheral area that is adjacent to the display area;
• forming a thin film transistor comprising a gate electrode and a source-drain electrode on the flexible substrate in the display area;
• forming an organic light emitting layer on the thin film transistor in the display area;
• forming a sensor electrode including a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode on the organic light emitting layer in the display area;
• and
• forming an alignment mark in the peripheral area by stacking at least two of a first layer formed from a same first metal layer as the gate electrode, a second layer formed from a same second metal layer as the source-drain electrode, a third layer formed from a same third metal layer as the first touch electrode, and a fourth layer formed from a same fourth metal layer as the second touch electrode.

A method of manufacturing a flexible display apparatus, the method comprising:

• providing a flexible substrate of a flexible display panel having a first area including at least a display area and a second area including a line area and a pad area;
• forming a thin film transistor comprising a gate electrode and a source-drain electrode on the flexible substrate in the display area;
• forming an organic light emitting layer on the thin film transistor in the display area;
• forming a sensor electrode including a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode on the organic light emitting layer in the display area;
• and
• forming an alignment mark in the second area by stacking at least two of a first layer formed from a same first metal layer as the gate electrode, a second layer formed from a same second metal layer as the source-drain electrode, a third layer formed from a same third metal layer as the first touch electrode, and a fourth layer formed from a same fourth metal layer as the second touch electrode.
